Hoy las conversaciones son otras:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo adaptarnos a la <strong>AI Act de la UE<\/strong> que regula la IA en procesos de personas?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo contratar cuando las <strong>habilidades cambian m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que las descripciones de puesto<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo reducir la <strong>rotaci\u00f3n y el burnout<\/strong>, que ya cuestan millones anuales en productividad perdida?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4541\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Y en medio de tanta complejidad, surge algo simple: <strong>las empresas que saben cuidar la energ\u00eda y el prop\u00f3sito de su gente son las que sobreviven<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\" \/>\n<h3 id=\"ember4542\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">1. IA en RR. HH.: la regulaci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>EU AI Act<\/strong> (2025) obliga a cualquier organizaci\u00f3n a demostrar <strong>explicabilidad<\/strong> en sistemas de IA aplicados al talento.<\/li>\n<li>Se proh\u00edben pr\u00e1cticas como el \u201cemotion recognition\u201d en entrevistas, y se pide <strong>auditor\u00eda documental<\/strong> de decisiones automatizadas.<\/li>\n<li>McKinsey estima que el 40% de los procesos de selecci\u00f3n globales estar\u00e1n mediados por IA en 2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4544\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"> <strong>Insight<\/strong>: No se trata de frenar la IA, sino de <strong>saber d\u00f3nde aporta valor y d\u00f3nde necesita control humano<\/strong>.  Ejemplo Ethikos: en un piloto reciente, documentamos qu\u00e9 preguntas evaluaba la IA y qu\u00e9 validaba un consultor. HH. en Europa<\/strong> afirma que los puestos basados en a\u00f1os de experiencia ya no funcionan.<\/li>\n<li>Las organizaciones que han migrado a <strong>arquitecturas de skills<\/strong> han reducido la rotaci\u00f3n hasta en un 25%.<\/li>\n<li>En Espa\u00f1a, el reto es doble: muchas pymes a\u00fan trabajan con descripciones r\u00edgidas, lo que las deja fuera del radar de profesionales con potencial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4547\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"> <strong>Insight<\/strong>: el mercado de trabajo de aqu\u00ed a 3 a\u00f1os ser\u00e1 <strong>skills-based<\/strong> o quedar\u00e1 obsoleto. Trabajo y tiempo: la obsesi\u00f3n ya no es remoto, es sostenibilidad del foco<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Espa\u00f1a creci\u00f3 al <strong>14% de ocupados en remoto en 2025<\/strong>, frente al 25% en Alemania.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>semana de 4 d\u00edas<\/strong> muestra incrementos de hasta el 35% en bienestar sin p\u00e9rdida de productividad en proyectos piloto de UK y Espa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>La gran trampa: reducir horas sin redise\u00f1ar flujos lleva a burnout disfrazado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4550\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"> <strong>Insight<\/strong>: el reto no es d\u00f3nde trabajamos, es <strong>c\u00f3mo dise\u00f1amos el flujo de valor<\/strong> y protegemos el foco.  Caso real: un equipo de ventas con alta rotaci\u00f3n redujo en 30% las bajas solo reorganizando reuniones en 2 franjas fijas y aplicando la \u201cregla del 1%\u201d: eliminar cada semana un proceso in\u00fatil.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\" \/>\n<h3 id=\"ember4551\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">4. Salud mental y conciencia: el dato que no podemos ignorar<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>OMS<\/strong> confirma que m\u00e1s de <strong>1.000 millones de personas<\/strong> sufren problemas de salud mental, y el estr\u00e9s laboral es ya la segunda causa de baja en Europa.<\/li>\n<li>Estudios recientes muestran que micro-pr\u00e1cticas de <strong>respiraci\u00f3n coherente + biofeedback<\/strong> reducen cortisol en un 20% y mejoran el sue\u00f1o en equipos de alto rendimiento.<\/li>\n<li>El coste oculto: cada empleado con burnout puede costar entre 12.000 y 18.000 \u20ac al a\u00f1o en absentismo y baja productividad (datos Deloitte 2024).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4553\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"> <strong>Insight<\/strong>: medir la energ\u00eda no es \u201cnew age\u201d, es <strong>gesti\u00f3n financiera y estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong>.
