Ya no es ciencia ficci\u00f3n: la mayor\u00eda de las empresas de reclutamiento utilizan algoritmos para ordenar curr\u00edculums o enviar mensajes autom\u00e1ticos. La encuesta <em data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"428\">Future of Recruiting 2025<\/em> de LinkedIn se\u00f1ala que <strong data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"566\">m\u00e1s de la mitad de los profesionales de selecci\u00f3n conf\u00edan en que la IA mejora la calidad de las contrataciones<\/strong>, y que las organizaciones que usan mensajes generados por IA obtienen contrataciones m\u00e1s acertadas\u00a0El mercado de IA para recursos humanos, adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 creciendo a un ritmo del 15\u00a0% anual<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"1490\">Pero la tecnolog\u00eda no sustituye a las personas; es un aliado. Sin embargo, el <em data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1156\">Informe sobre el Futuro del Empleo 2025<\/em> del Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial avisa que <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1266\">cerca del 40\u00a0% de las habilidades laborales cambiar\u00e1n de aqu\u00ed a 2030<\/strong>. Esto nos obliga a aprender de forma continua y a potenciar nuestras competencias humanas: creatividad, pensamiento cr\u00edtico, empat\u00eda y adaptabilidad<span class=\"\" data-state=\"closed\"><span class=\"ms-1 inline-flex max-w-full items-center relative top-[-0.094rem] animate-[show_150ms_ease-in]\" data-testid=\"webpage-citation-pill\"><a class=\"flex h-4.5 overflow-hidden rounded-xl px-2 text-[9px] font-medium transition-colors duration-150 ease-in-out text-token-text-secondary! bg-[#F4F4F4]! dark:bg-[#303030]!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.idealist.org\/es\/accion\/3-tendencias-mercado-laboral-2025-necesitas-conocer#:~:text=Los%20avances%20en%20inteligencia%20artificial,de%20software%2C%20la%20ciberseguridad%2C%20etc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"relative start-0 bottom-0 flex h-full w-full items-center\"><span class=\"flex h-4 w-full items-center justify-between overflow-hidden\"><span class=\"max-w-[15ch] grow truncate overflow-hidden text-center\">id<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1537\">Tendencias que ya est\u00e1n marcando el camino<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1569\">IA que ayuda, no reemplaza<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"2083\">Los chatbots y asistentes virtuales llevan tiempo liber\u00e1ndonos de tareas repetitivas: programan entrevistas, responden preguntas frecuentes y mantienen a los candidatos informados\u00a0Modelos m\u00e1s avanzados escriben descripciones de puestos y nos ayudan a redactar preguntas o comunicaciones\u00a0Y en algunos casos ya existen sistemas que gestionan casi todo el proceso de selecci\u00f3n con m\u00ednimo apoyo humano<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2376\">No obstante, la decisi\u00f3n final sigue siendo nuestra. La IA nos da datos y sugerencias, pero la emp\u00eda, el contexto y el sentido com\u00fan son insustituibles. Pensemos en ella como un copiloto: nos ayuda a llegar antes, pero el volante sigue en nuestras manos.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2425\">Inteligencia de talento: buscar sin esperar<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2914\">Otra tendencia es el <strong data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2470\">sourcing proactivo<\/strong>. Gracias a la anal\u00edtica podemos prever qu\u00e9 habilidades necesitar\u00e1 la empresa, localizar candidatos pasivos y construir bases de talento basadas en competencias\u00a0Esto es especialmente importante en un contexto donde la brecha de habilidades es uno de los principales retos: casi dos tercios de los empleadores reconocen que les cuesta encontrar los perfiles adecuados<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2916\" data-end=\"2948\">Entrevistas m\u00e1s inteligentes<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"3374\">Las plataformas de entrevista inteligente analizan nuestras conversaciones con los candidatos y nos ofrecen retroalimentaci\u00f3n en tiempo real\u00a0Ayudan a que las entrevistas sean m\u00e1s justas y a detectar matices que podr\u00edan pasarse por alto. Con un 65\u00a0% de candidatos que pierden inter\u00e9s por una mala entrevista\u00a0la experiencia importa m\u00e1s que nunca.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3426\">Regulaci\u00f3n y \u00e9tica: un requisito indispensable<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3428\" data-end=\"3982\">Desde 2024 el <strong data-start=\"3442\" data-end=\"3492\">Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial de la UE<\/strong> considera de alto riesgo los sistemas utilizados para contratar personal. Esto significa que debemos supervisar cualquier herramienta de IA que tome decisiones en selecci\u00f3n, garantizar que sus criterios sean transparentes y formarnos para usarlas de forma responsable\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, tenemos que asegurarnos de que no perpet\u00faan sesgos ni vulneran la privacidad de los candidatos<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3984\" data-end=\"4034\">Qu\u00e9 pueden hacer los departamentos de selecci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4036\" data-end=\"5114\">\n<li data-start=\"4036\" data-end=\"4234\">\n<p data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4234\"><strong data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4072\">Adoptar la IA de forma gradual<\/strong>. Empieza automatizando tareas b\u00e1sicas como el filtrado de curr\u00edculums o la programaci\u00f3n de entrevistas. Con el tiempo podr\u00e1s incorporar modelos m\u00e1s sofisticados.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4235\" data-end=\"4471\">\n<p data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4471\"><strong data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4262\">Invertir en formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Dado que un 40\u00a0% de las competencias cambiar\u00e1n, reskilling y upskilling deben ser prioridad.
