Son un instrumento de marketing y comunicaci\u00f3n que, poco a poco, ha ido entrando en todas las compa\u00f1\u00edas y resulta cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil encontrar marcas que no tengan presencia en alguna de estas redes digitales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><b>Y una vez tengo presencia en redes \u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer con mis colaboradores?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Un buen modelo que esta funcionando es el employee advocacy, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal si los propios colaboradores\u00a0de la empresas se convierten en los embajadores de la\u00a0propia marca?<\/p>\n<p>Es una estrategia que a simple vista puede parecer muy f\u00e1cil de implementar, pero realmente a las empresas les cuesta mucho llegar a construir una comunidad de colaboradores\u00a0dispuestos a compartir contenido de la marca en sus propias redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Seleccionar a aquellos colaboradores\u00a0que est\u00e9n orgullosos de pertenecer a la empresa, es decir, lo mayores fans de esta, es el verdadero hito de esta estrategia comunicativa.<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00bfRealmente es \u00fatil el employee advocacy para una empresa?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Esta es, quiz\u00e1, una de las mayores dudas. La respuesta es; Claramente si.<\/p>\n<p>Los empleados son las personas que m\u00e1s pueden ayudar a hacer crecer tu marca y, a su vez, pueden llegar a generar ventas en sus redes de contactos. Esto sucede ya que las personas tendemos a confiar m\u00e1s en la palabra de un conocido, al compartir contenido de la\u00a0empresa en sus propias redes llegan hacia estos potenciales compradores de una forma m\u00e1s directa.<\/p>\n<p>Tus colaboradores tambi\u00e9n te ayudan a distribuir la imagen de marca a trav\u00e9s de una red m\u00e1s amplia de personas, algunos estudios indican que 1.000 empleados que comuniquen el contenido de la empresa pueden llegar a atraer 1.000.000 de posibles clientes.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad de comunicaci\u00f3n de tu marca, junto a la actividad que hacen los empleados, pueden alcanzar hasta 10 veces m\u00e1s audiencia que la que es capaz de conseguir tu marca por ella sola.<\/p>\n<p>Pero las bondades del employee advocacy no se quedan solo ah\u00ed, esta estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n, si se lleva bien, puede aumentar el \u201cengagement\u201d con los clientes y puede ser una gran herramienta para posicionar la marca en internet.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Ir poco a poco<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Este tipo de estrategia no puede ser aplicada de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana, requiere un esfuerzo por parte de la organizaci\u00f3n y, en muchas ocasiones, ayuda externa.<\/p>\n<p>Primero hay que detectar los mejores perfiles y ver si est\u00e1n dispuestos a participar, en algunos casos, incluso habr\u00e1 que seducirlos a participar. Una vez tengamos a los embajadores de la marca listos hay que definir que tipo de contenido se distribuir\u00e1 y ofrecer las mejores herramientas para facilitarle la funci\u00f3n a los \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Employee_advocacy\">advocates<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas tambi\u00e9n tienen que tener claro que una vez se establece una estrategia en la que los trabajadores van a formar parte de la comunicaci\u00f3n, ellos, tambi\u00e9n van a tener que estar informados de la novedades de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Y, sobretodo, mide los resultados, utiliza los KPI que consideres m\u00e1s importantes para tu estrategia y haz un seguimiento sobre si esta esta funcionando de forma correcta o no.<\/p>\n<p>El employee advocacy es, cada vez m\u00e1s, el presente de la comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa y algo que pronto la mayor\u00eda de las empresas van a empezar a desarrollar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Xavi Criado<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfConoces el concepto del employee advocacy?, \u00bfsabes qu\u00e9 es? y sobretodo, \u00bfpara qu\u00e9 se utiliza? con esta entrada queremos resolverte estas dudas.
