Soluciones como inteligencia artificial para medir el desempe\u00f1o de los trabajadores, detectar \u201cpotencial\u201d en los CV o potenciales retiros de los puestos de trabajo, intentan suplantar o mejorar las habilidades humanas para hacer estas tareas.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora bien, nos encontramos con dos problemas. En primer lugar, la inteligencia artificial esta basada en algoritmos programados por los humanos. Es decir, nos podemos encontrar en su aplicaci\u00f3n, los mismos sesgos que tienen las personas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En segundo lugar, a\u00fan hoy la inteligencia artificial no ha podido superar en conocimiento y capacidades al entendimiento humano. En lo que refiere a nuestro \u00e1mbito, el <strong>factor humano es fundamental<\/strong> para los procesos de atracci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, cada vez m\u00e1s, los millennials y la generaci\u00f3n Z, comienzan a demandar caracter\u00edsticas diferenciales y de valores compartidos de cada organizaci\u00f3n para invertir su talento en ellas. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para atraer y captar el talento que necesitamos, es necesario pensar cada d\u00edas m\u00e1s en la forma que las nuevas generaciones se sientan atra\u00eddas por las organizaciones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estudios potentes, como el Millennial Reptrak, nos muestran que casi el 70% de los millennials aceptar\u00edan una baja en su salario por ser parte de una organizaci\u00f3n con la que compartan valores y prop\u00f3sito. Esta exploraci\u00f3n de las personas que ser\u00e1n parte de la organizaci\u00f3n no es posible si dejamos en manos de un programa de inteligencia artificial la selecci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otra parte, en un entorno VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity y Ambiguity) como el que vivimos, es necesario pasar del \u201cs\u00e9 y puedo hacer\u201d al concepto de \u201cpuedo aprender a hacer\u201d. Medir el <strong>potencial de crecimiento<\/strong> y tratar de explorar la forma en la que las personas se desarrollar\u00e1n en el futuro, es parte vital de los procesos de selecci\u00f3n. No solo es necesario comprobar experiencias pasadas para intentar predecir comportamientos futuros (m\u00e9todo STAR). Si bien a\u00fan son pocas, d\u00eda a d\u00eda crecen las organizaciones que intentan medir el potencial o \u201cGrowth Agility\u201d. El problema es como medirlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El growth Agility presenta aspectos complejos de medir pero que aportan datos a futuro muy importantes: <strong>agilidad emocional, agilidad intelectual, pasi\u00f3n o capacidad de lucha y la capacidad para asumir nuevos retos o predisposici\u00f3n a adaptar nuestro mindset<\/strong>. Creemos que las empresas capaces de poner foco tanto en este aspecto como en la generaci\u00f3n de valores y prop\u00f3sito compartido, ser\u00e1n las empresas que logren atraer y retener el talento que desean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por nuestra parte, desde Ethikos 3.0, estamos convencidos de esto.
